Our artist page is our most extensive page and includes a variety of art mediums from paintings, sculptures and photography to drawings, paper art and digital art. The Artist page includes features such as Artist statement, Biography, Upcoming Exhibits, and CV.
The artist’s menu bar is located on your home page. This navigating bar includes all the artist information about your store and its products. The VIEW tab has the following features.
ARTIST STATEMENT
This feature allows artist to add artist statement which describes artists intentions through their art.
CATEGORIES
This section allows for artists to keep merchandise in order and categorize different art pieces in their store to facilitate selling.
BIO
This feature allows artists to add a biography to their store page.
UPCOMING EXHIBITS
This section updates users on artist’s upcoming exhibitions and where they can find the artists artwork.
CONTACT INFO
Artists contact information such as phone number, email and mailing address.
BLOG
This blog section allows for artists to create a blog about favorite their topics.
SEND MESSAGE
This feature allows for customers to contact artists directly through the IHLET email system regarding
buying art or any questions or concerns

VIEW STORE REPORTS:
This section helps artists keep track of order reports, customers reports, product reports and sales reports.
Our back end of the site allows you to edit your artist name, add photos and add an artist statement, biography, contact info etc, etc.
The EDIT tab has the following features.
A. Artist Name: Add in artist name
B. Artist Statement: This feature allows artists to add in artist statement that describes artist intentions through their artwork.
C. Artist Biography: This feature allows the artist to add in artist biography to their store page.
D. Contact Information: Artists contact information such as phone number, email and mailing address.
E. Upcoming Exhibits: This section updates users on artist’s upcoming exhibitions and where they can find the artist's paintings and other artwork.
F. Social Media - The social media feature allows for artist to add Facebook and Twitter pages to their store.
G. Meta-tags - Artists can optimize their products and improve store visibility through the use of SEO (search engine optimization) and keywords that link users to the page. A written description and keywords that best describes the artist art will help people find the artists store on the Internet. This is a really help-full tool that will help the artist reach maximum exposure on the net and sell artwork.
H. Keywords: This feature will increase the store’s visibility on the net through the use of special targeted keywords designed to aid in search engines such as Goggle.
MY ACCOUNT PAGE
The My Account Page allows for vendors and artists to view emails, order history, a list of customers and store reports.
VIEW
Orders- This feature keeps track of the total amount of orders received, customer name and the date on which the purchase was made.
History- In this section users can view how long they have been a member of the site as well as view blog entries.
EDIT
Account Information- This section allows for users to change their email address and password.
Email Settings- This is a plain text option that allow for vendors and artists to choose if they prefer emails with out graphics and styles.
Locale Settings- Users can adjust timezone settings based on their location.
MESSAGES
Messages- IHLET web-based email service provides storage for the exchange of messages between vendors, artists and users of the site.
ORDER HISTORY
Order History- Order history allows for artists and vendors to view the status of orders such as dates of order, order number and total for each order.
PAYPAL
Pay Pal- Artists and Vendors can add Pay Pal accounts directly to their store to receive money securely to their bank account.
STORE REPORTS
The store reports section of the My Account page includes many features to help keep track of Order Reports, Customer Reports, Product Reports, Sales and Balance Reports.
Order Reports- This feature keeps track of the total amount of orders received, customer name and the date on which the purchase was made.
Customer Report- This section helps sellers keep track of customer information such as user name, contact information, previous purchases and purchase total.
Product Reports- This section gives sellers a full listing of products in their store, products sold and gross revenue in a balanced easy to manage chart.
Sales Reports- The Sales Report feature keeps track of the number of products sold in a month, monthly sale amount and average order amount.
