The Work of Kyle Hughes-Odgers: Medium Rare

There seems to be very little limit to the mediums modern day artists are capable of using. There was a time when an oil painter typically remained solely an oil painter, but today we find artists like Kyle Hughes-Odgers who work through a variety of mediums from acrylic on wood, to canvas paintings and street art as well. Odgers' paintings come together more like construction. You can see the native Australian stacking his imagination piece by piece until a fine work of art is produced. The ending result is typically a glossy image cut to precision and tinted with solid colors that takes you to many places. Only fitting considering the many styles the artist is capable of.
